Who are the classes suitable for?
CHELTENHAM
With our studio being in a town centre location there are plenty of car parks within a short walking distance.
In the evenings you will be able to park at the back of the building which is on St, Georges St, however this will not be accessible during the day times due to other businesses occupying the spaces.
You can park in Lidl on Swindon Road for 90 minutes however you need to purchase something from the shop to avoid a fine.
Other car parks are listed below on the map.

Both classes are based around classical Pilates fundamentals and principals. Focusing on strength, balance, flexibility and posture.
Reformer Pilates is the use of the reformer machines. The beds work by using springs to add resistance which in some instances can assist you and in some can add an extra challenge for example adding a heavy spring in lunges to add resistance, or adding a heavy spring in a balance to offer you support. There are a maximum of 5 people in each reformer class to ensure safe and efficient use as well as being able to offer a personalised class.
Our Mat Pilates classes are a staple in understanding the benefits of Pilates, without the use of the machines you are reliant on your body to do the work for you. That being said we offer small equipment including balls and rings to assist us on the mat and give variety to each class. Mat Pilates really encourages you to focus on mind to muscle connection and enables you to have a greater understanding of your body.
We recommend a mixture of both to fully gain all the benefits Pilates has to offer, however ultimately it is up to you and what you enjoy.
